Pix N’ Love Rush, which reporter Dennis Tang notes is straight out of your neighbor’s Atari 2600 you coveted so much, is a trippy, visual treat. And League of Evil which includes Crayola-colored characters with double-jumping action, “looks like a dead ringer for tried-and-true classics.” Karoshi, derived from a Japanese word meaning “death from overwork” is about a video game character who decides to “off himself.” While not exactly the most positive message, Tang notes, “take one look around your own office, and damned if you don’t relate to the poor, cubicled cube-head just a little.”
