Feral Interactive has announced that the action-adventure game LEGO ® Star Wars ™ III: The Clone Wars is available for the Mac beginning today. Developed by TT Games and LucasArts, it is the latest in a successful line of LEGO titles to be brought to the Mac by Feral Interactive.
LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars is a tongue-in-cheek take on the entire Clone Wars era that recreates scenes from the hit animated television show, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, as well as fan-favorite moments from the theatrical Star Wars saga. Featuring 16 different star systems, 32 story-based missions, 48 bonus levels and over 100 playable characters, this is the biggest LEGO Star Wars video game to date.
Players will combat Separatist forces aboard the massive battleship the Resolute, blast off in their favorite ships in multi-layered space battles, and destroy hundreds of droids in strategic ground battles new to the series. Whether Padawan or Jedi Master, players of all skill levels can take on the Sith in single player mode, or with their friends and family during drop in/drop out co-operative play.
The game features a brand new customizable Arcade Mode offering unique head-to-head combat. Players will also discover a myriad of all-new character abilities, such as Squad Command, Lightsaber Slicing, Lightsaber Jumps, long-distance Jedi Attacks and Grapple Tie-Ups. All gameplay modes can now be accessed from a new, easy-to-navigate hub that now lets users engage in multi-ship space battles.

LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars for the Mac will retail in North America for US $29.99, £24.99 (inc. VAT) in the UK and €19.99 (inc. VAT) throughout Europe. It is available online today for direct download from a variety of digital partner sites worldwide including feralinteractive.com and the Mac App Store. Minimum system requirements call for a 1.4GHz Intel Mac with at least 2GB RAM, 128MB or better graphics card, and Mac OS X 10.6.8 or later. The following graphics cards are NOT supported: ATI X1xxx series NVIDIA 7xxx series and Intel GMA series.
