Katamari Amore and Toss the Ball get updates this week

Thanksgiving week is upon us and NAMCO BANDAI has a few updates for iOS. Katamari Amore gets pack 3, titled Rolling Whopper, this Thursday, 11/24. The new pack includes 6 additional stages + Galaga stage (pack 1 and 2 included PAC-MAN and TEKKEN-themed extra stages, respectively). Each stage gets 4 playable modes: Story, Time Trial, Exact Size Challenge and Eternal mode. In the Katamari Damacy series, players roll up various objects to increase the Katamari’s size, per the King’s wishes.

Additionally, Toss the Ball, combining a carnival twist to skeeball and racing games, received an update today giving players an additional level for free. The freemium title, developed by Revo Solutions, will now include two boards (previously just one) for free: Happy Race and Speedy Board. The full $0.99 upgrade includes 4 game modes, 5 game boards, 12 unique balls and multiplayer connectivity in this universal app. Players swipe the platform to toss the balls towards the highest-scoring holes as they propel their character further along the racetrack.
